Who Are We
At Banchory Outdoor and Active (BOA) we are more than just a registered charity (SCO51783), we’re a team of passionate individuals committed to making a difference to Banchory’s sporting and outdoor facilities by renewing and regenerating dilapidated areas. The BOA group also strive to promote increased public participation in sport and help local clubs grow, allowing for improved positive mental health and well-being.

Banchory Outdoor and Active’s (BOA) mission is
to promote active and healthy lifestyles within the Banchory Community by renewing and regenerating sport facilities and in so doing fostering a community that prioritises physical and mental well-being.
Our Vision
Our vision for the Dee Street Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) project is to transform it from a run down and neglected area into a vibrant sporting and well-being hub for all members of the community to enjoy.
